Karuna® Reiki Method
First/Second Level and Advanced Karuna® Reiki Master
HOW ADVANCED KARUNA® REIKI IS APPLIED
The Advanced Karuna® Reiki Method is applied similarly to Usui Reiki, either through treatments directed at the present person using a respectful and gentle laying on of hands, or by sending energy to a person remotely. The 16 symbols of the Advanced Karuna® Reiki Method allow for focused work based on the specific vibrational characteristics of each symbol. Beyond the specific uses, practitioners are encouraged to listen, be fluid, and manifest their psychic sensitivity (intuition).
THE LEVELS OF THE ADVANCED KARUNA® REIKI METHOD
Each Reiki Master listed in the Official List of Reiki Masters of the Advanced Karuna® Reiki Method is authorized to organize the two seminars that make up the Method:
- FIRST/SECOND INTEGRATED LEVEL SEMINAR
- MASTER SEMINAR (KARUNA® REIKI MASTER)
FIRST/SECOND INTEGRATED LEVEL KARUNA REIKI SEMINAR
The First/Second Integrated Level Seminar of the Advanced Karuna® Reiki Method is exclusively for those who have at least completed the Second Level Usui Reiki (and therefore have a good knowledge of using the symbols). Two initiations are performed: one for the First Level symbols and one for the Second Level symbols of the Advanced Karuna® Reiki Method.
The student learns and acquires a broad and varied "toolbox" composed of 8 symbols. The seminar is integrated into one session rather than split into two levels for practical reasons, as dividing it would not meet the logistical, economic, and time needs of the student.
KARUNA® REIKI MASTER SEMINAR
(BECOME A KARUNA® REIKI MASTER)
The Master Seminar of the Advanced Karuna® Reiki Method is exclusively for those who are already Reiki Masters in the Usui system. It is an important life choice for a Reiki teacher who decides to take on a new and powerful method to promote balance and well-being in others.
The seminar includes 4 initiations (one for each group of four symbols). If the seminar lasts one day, two initiations are performed in the morning and two in the afternoon. If it lasts two days, the first two initiations are done on the first day, and the second two on the following day.
Summary: A Reiki student with at least Second Level Usui Reiki can enrich their technical-experiential toolkit with 8 powerful, focused new energy symbols.
A Reiki Master in the Usui system can enrich their technical-experiential toolkit with 16 powerful and focused new energy symbols (actually 15, as Dai Ko Myo is already acquired). This can be done in two ways, at the Master’s discretion:
- Attending the First/Second Integrated Level Seminar first and then the Master Seminar;
- Or, directly attending the Master Seminar in one session.
