HARTH

Harth is the third symbol of the Advanced Karuna® Reiki Method and was channeled by Marcy Miller.

Harth helps heal the heart, relationships, and all related issues. You can use Harth to bring light and love into all kinds of relationships. If you're experiencing a difficult relationship or want to improve one, you can send Harth along with Mikao Usui’s distance symbol Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen. This fosters the expression of authentic love.

Since Reiki is a very high vibration of light, no one can use Harth to force someone into a relationship against their will.

Harth helps to recognize and eradicate fear, which is the opposite of love. It fills the empty spaces (those cleared through your inner work) with unconditional love and compassion. In this way, it also serves as protection from psychic attacks.

Harth helps you develop self-love, transforming your old emotional armor into a willingness to embrace new experiences and broaden your perspectives. Harth assists in healing addictions. People often turn to substances or destructive behaviors when something in their life blocks them from receiving the love they need. Harth helps restore balance to the heart, enabling you to love life: when you love life, it's difficult to become addicted to harmful things; when you love yourself, you take care of yourself. You can use Mikao Usui’s distance symbol Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen to send Harth to help overcome addictions.

Harth aids in developing good habits. If you want to develop a good habit, the best way is to allow yourself to love what you are trying to achieve. If there's a habit you'd like to cultivate, write it on a piece of paper, place it between your hands, and send Harth to it. Do this whenever you feel like it, in addition to spending some time practicing the activity you wish to make a habit. You'll find it becomes easier and enjoyable.

Harth helps purify and energize spaces and can also be used to fill an area with love after clearing it of negative energies or blockages.

Harth helps develop compassionate action. Compassionate action is the most essential part of spiritual life: it is never an effort, but a joy and a blessing.

Harth can be used to resonate with Highly Evolved Spiritual Beings, such as Jesus, Buddha, or other Masters you are inspired by. Use Mikao Usui’s distance symbol and send Harth to these Beings. Love is the greatest power there is. The Original Reiki Principles state that Reiki is "the secret art of inviting happiness," and Harth is a symbol that can do just that. You can use it to create love in your heart for yourself, for others, or for anything that is worth doing, having, or being in life.
