Shanti is the eighth symbol of the Advanced Karuna® Reiki Method and was channeled by Pat Courtney.

Shanti brings calm, stillness, and helps release unnecessary fears, life insecurities, and worries.

Shanti brings peace. It fosters trust in life, helping heal the past, create harmony in the present, and allow the future to flow in the most beneficial directions. The process of letting go of burdens from the past helps reclaim vital energy to approach the present with greater harmony. Often, people who worry about things going wrong due to past experiences tend to expect more failure in the future. By healing the past, Shanti brings peace to the present and helps free you from worrying about the future. You shape your own future.

Shanti reduces fear and panic. By calming fears and bringing peace, Shanti is also very helpful in treating panic attacks or chronic fatigue. Many people who suffer from these disorders worry about the future and focus on what could go wrong instead of concentrating on their goals, which consumes a vast amount of energy, leaving them weak and exhausted. Shanti induces a refreshing state of well-being, making it easier to focus more peacefully on the present.

Shanti dissolves fear and brings a gentle sense of peace, aiding in the healing of insomnia, promoting a good night's sleep, and helping overcome nightmares.
