KARUNA

Karuna is the sixteenth symbol of the Advanced Karuna® Reiki Method. It was channeled by Dario Canil in 2002.

Karuna (or Kahuna) is the beating heart of the Advanced Karuna® Reiki Method.

Karuna is a powerful symbol of light that acts as protection: imagine it rising from your heart, expanding, and enveloping you entirely, forming an effective barrier of energy-light around you.

Whenever you feel it might be useful, visualize the Karuna symbol emerging from your heart and growing until it surrounds your entire being. When necessary, the Karuna symbol can become a dimensional doorway that you can pass through to shield yourself from energetic danger, leaving it outside, and to nourish yourself with golden light.

The symbol pulses in sync with your heartbeat, continuing to self-generate. While using it, it’s helpful to occasionally reinforce its visualization. You can use it both as a preventative measure, nourishing and supporting your aura with light, and as protection when you feel discomfort in certain environments, with people, or in situations.

When drawing the Karuna symbol, it starts from the outside and moves inward (focusing), but once visualized, it can also expand infinitely starting from your HEART!
