Zonar, the first symbol of the Advanced Karuna® Reiki Method, was channeled by Marcy Miller.

Zonar anesthetizes, soothes, relaxes, and prepares. It is useful at the start of a treatment because it prepares the person to embrace deep healing processes.

Zonar induces drowsiness, relaxation, promotes muscle relaxation, emotional calm, and mental stillness.

Zonar helps heal on a cellular level. Every emotion, every experience, every state of mind leaves its mark on the body. Particularly when you go through strong experiences, they become part of your chemical structure and imprint on your cells. Your cells, therefore, contain the memory of every trauma (or even negative sensations and ideas that you carry from other lives). Zonar works on these hidden issues stored in the cells of your body, helping to bring them to the surface to be transformed and released.

Zonar can be combined with Usui's distance symbol (Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen) to send a powerful transformative/healing energy wherever it is needed.

Zonar is effective in healing traumas from childhood abuse or other situations so traumatic that the person could not consciously process them and buried them away from their conscious mind.

Zonar helps heal issues connected to past lives (working interdimensionally). For this purpose, you can combine Zonar with Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen in a meditative context, directing energy with the intention to heal the root cause of the problem.

Zonar helps break free from addictions, rigid behavioral patterns, and helps recognize and remedy toxic relationships.
