The purification and energization of food with the second Reiki degree

 

«The second degree Reiki treatment can be applied to food if you believe it has absorbed 'lower' energies from the person who prepared it (for example, a chef who has just had an argument or is in an emotional state of sadness or worry).

Before consuming the food, treat it for about a minute by simply placing your hands on the sides of the plate and imagining cleansing light and symbols (CHOKU REI and SEI HEKI) swirling in violet light.
