Let's state right away: Reiki in sex does not, understandably, magically eliminate any individual or couple issues and does not act as a contraceptive. Physical problems should be addressed by specialized healthcare professionals, psychosomatic issues (such as premature ejaculation or performance anxiety) should be treated psychotherapeutically, and relationship problems should be managed through couples therapy with a competent counselor.

So what does Reiki do for sex? Reiki harmonizes, Reiki prepares for the encounter, Reiki relaxes, and helps create the best conditions for a loving meeting. Reiki revitalizes people and renews their desire. Reiki brings joy.

Two people preparing to make love, as always, resonate in their own vibration. At the moment of union, Reiki helps make the sexual partners more conscious and more similar to each other by harmonizing and temporarily balancing the vibrational levels.

 

 

 

Reiki and Sex: The Technique

 

Shortly before the "magical moment," take a moment of calm and perform the usual contact procedure for the situation: "Loving encounter with my partner." "HON SHA ZE SHO NEN, HON SHA ZE SHO NEN, HON SHA ZE SHO NEN, SEI HEKI, SEI HEKI, SEI HEKI, CHOKU REI, CHOKU REI, CHOKU REI, MAKING LOVE WITH NICOLE, MAKING LOVE WITH NICOLE, MAKING LOVE WITH NICOLE."

Visualize yourself and your partner peacefully and joyfully. Imagine the embrace between you, the union of your hearts especially, and intend that your energies intertwine and harmonize. You can use lights and colors for this or simply evoke the energy of your partner and then your own in a visualization of unity. Repeat your partner's name and your own name several times, gently and powerfully, mentally or aloud, visualize the place where you will meet, and send plenty of Reiki there, both as SEI HEKI and as CHOKU REI, both as lights, colors, blessings, and joy.

Finally, imagine both of you happy at that place, surrounded by a wonderful pyramid of light, and visualize the encounter taking place in the greatest harmony and passion (without going into too much detail, as love arises and grows freely).

Seal everything with a large CHOKU REI for reinforcement (imagine this CHOKU REI in the middle of the scene, like a sun nurturing the passion).

 

 

For men suffering from premature ejaculation or if it has been a long time since the last intercourse, it can be useful to visualize CHOKU REI at the root of the penis. For women suffering from vaginismus, it can be helpful to project a lot of SEI HEKI, with the intention to calm and simultaneously work on understanding why the body is rejecting the sexual act with this partner.

It is important that the body, emotions, and mind can communicate properly. This also applies to men who may place themselves in similar "self-sabotage" conditions.»
