Personal Protection in Emergency Situations

 

«There are times when people, situations, places, or environments do not resonate at all with your energy body. When you sense this, the first and most reasonable thing to do is to remove yourself, if possible. It is pointless to engage in energy-consuming battles when you can be elsewhere, thriving without expending energy.

If you feel the need to protect yourself from negative influences, visualize a beautiful and radiant energy field in the shape of a sphere or an egg emanating from your heart, completely enveloping you in light. Then perform heart centering, use HON SHA ZE SHO NEN, SEI HEKI, and CHOKU REI in that order, and say your name three times; while still visualizing yourself within the sphere of light, formulate an affirmation such as: 'I am! In this particular situation, I am protected and shielded against any negative influences. And I am this fully and for my highest good!'

Then reinforce this intention by sending CHOKU REI again for about a minute. You can also imagine a large CHOKU REI of magnificent golden light entering from your crown, extending just below your feet, and enveloping your entire body.

You can use the same method of energetic protection when traveling by car. In this case, you can successfully apply the HON SHA ZE SHO NEN, SEI HEKI, and CHOKU REI procedure. The intention could be: 'The Reiki energy protects and shields me during this journey against any negative influences' and: 'I return home healthy, safe, calm, and unharmed!'

 

 

 

Permanent Energetic Protection with the Second Reiki Degree

 

You can also create permanent energetic protection using the procedure described for emergencies. To do this, you apply the principle of conscious and strategic use of elementals. You create an elemental (thought-form) of protection, and each time you pay attention to it, you reinforce it. You can proceed as follows: Imagine a large CHOKU REI coming from the upper left, entering your head, flowing down just below your feet, and enveloping you with its magnificent golden light (you can also choose other colors), and then formulate the protection contact procedure: 'HON SHA ZE SHO NEN, HON SHA ZE SHO NEN, HON SHA ZE SHO NEN, SEI HEKI, SEI HEKI, SEI HEKI, CHOKU REI, CHOKU REI, CHOKU REI, PERSONAL PROTECTION, PERSONAL PROTECTION, PERSONAL PROTECTION.'

Ignite your light! Visualize yourself surrounded by radiant light that extends as far as your arms can reach, and formulate an intention like this: 'I am, now and forever, fully protected and shielded from any disturbance, from any negative, disharmonious, and manipulative influence!'

Spending 1-2 minutes of your day to create permanent protection seems like time well spent!

It is advisable to never focus your attention on the 'danger' factor but instead on the 'protection' factor, as energy moves where attention flows, and you certainly want to strengthen your protection rather than your vulnerability!»
