Overcoming Inner Conflicts with the Second Reiki Degree
Loving and Caring for Yourself with the Second Reiki Degree
«Reiki is a path with heart, but it is "just" a path; what matters is the heart. Reiki means: Universal Energy. It is an energy that resonates with that of every living being and with the source of life itself. Reiki is also the name of an ancient healing method developed in 1920 by the Japanese Mikao Usui (1865-1926). Reiki is a natural method—structured in various levels—that bases its power and effectiveness on energy, love, and simplicity.»

OVERCOMING INNER CONFLICTS WITH REIKI
«The second Reiki symbol, SEI HEKI, is an emotional-mental key that can build bridges to the unconscious, spread a vibration of harmony and healing that can restore balance, resolve old wounds and deep conflicts, and release energetic blockages. SEI HEKI means 'the state of mind of one who cannot be shaken' and is sometimes understood as "I have the key."
You can work on yourself and effectively support yourself with the tools of Reiki. First, it is important to gain clarity on which aspect of your psychological and emotional sphere you want to work on: understand where you stand, where you want to go, and which aspects of your sensitivity should be addressed. Ultimately, it is useful to have a sufficiently clear starting point.
A conflict on the psychological level is a manifest or latent confrontation of impulses, desires, or opposing tendencies that want to exclude each other.
Make yourself comfortable, relax, and immerse yourself in the energy of SEI HEKI by drawing the symbol, speaking its name, or invoking its energy. SEI HEKI is a bridge between the conscious and the unconscious, the key to the lock that separates these two realms. Use the "contact procedure" with yourself.
Visualize a conflict-ridden situation you are experiencing: depict it as clearly as possible and sketch the details. Imagine in which direction your body, emotions, and mind would move in a state of great relaxation, clarity (intelligence), strength (energy), and self-care (love).
Let your creativity run free: imagine dissolving the knots of conflict as if they were dirty snow in the sun (this image is also very effective for dissolving energetic blockages); continuously send SEI HEKI and occasionally reinforce it with CHOKU REI.
Imagine that you are completely free from the conflict in question. And if you wish, formulate an intention like the following: "I reclaim all my energy connected to this conflict and bring it to the most appropriate place within me. I remove all the energy of this conflict from my cells, my memories, and my living space, and send it back to the sender. I reclaim my energy connected to all my reactions to this conflict, which now belongs to the past. I am free in the present."
Shamans would call this "re-dreaming reality". When you have worked enough on a conflict, ask the Reiki energy to help you also resolve other conflicts you are not yet aware of, and encourage your unconscious (again using symbols, appropriate verbalizations, and visualizations) to bring them to the surface at the right time and show you the solutions.»
