«Reiki in Japan - I have the honor of living and working in Japan for seven years, and through a series of fortunate events—if chance truly exists—I have gained access to many unknown pieces of information in the West about the origins of Reiki in Japan. I would like to share this information with all of you. Our research began in 1994 when my wife and I, after a year of searching, "discovered" Mikao Usui's tomb in Tokyo. However, this was not a major revelation, as both his tomb and a monument about three meters tall, carved from natural stone, have been located in the Saihoji Temple cemetery in Tokyo since 1927, one year after Dr. Usui's death."
