The Blessing of Food with Reiki

GRATITUDE
When it comes to food, the Reiki treatment is akin to a blessing, a spiritualization of the matter we ingest.
Eating is a sacred act that sustains our daily lives, an act that many on this planet are unfortunately unable to celebrate as we do. Therefore, we should consider eating for what it truly is, giving it the proper attention and adopting an attitude of sacredness and respect for the food we consume.
Everything we eat was once alive and gives its life to sustain ours; this is truly a great gift to be aware of and grateful for! It is important to silently thank the animals and plants that allow us to nourish ourselves. This practice brings a greater sense of respect and presence to our meals.
ATTENTION
Particular attention and awareness should also be given to the selection of various foods in terms of quality. We live in an industrial society that prioritizes profit over the pursuit of quality, and this should always keep us vigilant.
We should favor seasonal products over those grown in greenhouses or those that rely heavily on chemicals. We should make a habit of reading labels, limiting our intake of foods with too many artificial colors, preservatives, and sweeteners.
Whenever possible, we should seek out certified organic or biodynamic products. Although these foods are not immune to the contamination from chemtrails present in the skies over most of our territory today, it is still a better choice compared to consuming products recklessly treated with chemicals. These considerations may require more time and money than simply tossing random products into a shopping cart, but in terms of health, we are certainly rewarded.
COMMON SENSE
Promoting a balanced diet on our tables—one that includes a proper intake of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, fibers, and water while limiting sugar, salt, pork, or excessive processed meats—seems like another measure that can benefit our health.
Meat, the need for which may depend on one's blood type according to some studies, should not be consumed every day at both lunch and dinner. Instead, it is more appropriate to consume it 3-4 times a week, opting for white meat, fish, and legumes over red meat whenever possible.
We are what we eat. Beyond avoiding intoxication and energetic pollution by consuming excessive amounts of animal products, it is good to eat plenty of seasonal fruits and vegetables, to make room for rice, and not to overindulge in pasta, perhaps alternating between wheat flour pasta and those made from spelt, Kamut, corn, or in whole grain versions.
The Practice of Treating Food with Reiki
VIBRATIONS AND ATTITUDE When you cook with love, the food is already imbued with positive vibrations. Consider how the same ingredients, cooked according to the same recipes but by different people, can yield vastly different results.
If you wish, you can treat the food with Reiki for a couple of minutes before consuming it by placing your hands 5-10 cm above it.
If you are at a relative's, friend's, restaurant, or pizzeria, the situation changes: the cook may impart their potential "bad mood" (their current vibration) into the food they are preparing, and by eating it, you could suffer the negative consequences. By placing your hands on either side of the plate (a practice that is inconspicuous) for about a minute, you can neutralize these disharmonious vibrations and literally bless the food. This way, you can absorb the nutrients and digest it better. Reiki energy improves the vibrational quality and nutritional value of all foods and drinks.
After enjoying your meal, ideally without violent images on TV or tensions at the table (remember that eating is a sacred moment!), placing your hands on your stomach and intestines can facilitate the digestive process and provide noticeable well-being.
