Practical Tips for Reiki Treatments for Wounds and Fractures
Practical Guidelines for Treating Trauma, Wounds, and Fractures with First-Level Reiki
«Reiki is not a game or an experiment to be taken lightly, nor is it a universal panacea to escape the challenges of daily life. Reiki is an extraordinary and wonderful tool for personal growth. But is a person truly willing to grow, to listen to themselves, to work on themselves?»

PRACTICAL TIPS FOR
REIKI TREATMENTS
Facilitating the Optimal Flow of Energy
«When giving Reiki, it is advisable not to cross your legs: this allows for a better flow of energy through the body. The person receiving treatment should also avoid crossing their legs.
Wounds
Reiki is extremely effective in accelerating the healing process of wounds. In case of an accident, it is important to disinfect the bleeding area before applying Reiki; otherwise, any impurities could become trapped due to the rapid healing and lead to infections.
You can treat wounds by placing your hands on the edges of the wound or over the bandage, or by holding your hands directly above the bleeding area, but without touching it, keeping a few centimeters of distance.
Fractures
Reiki significantly speeds up the healing process of bone fractures; therefore, avoid treating a fracture directly until it has been properly set by a professional.
Once the fracture has been set, you can effectively treat it even through the cast or rigid support. A fracture heals much faster when treated for at least 15 minutes, 3-4 times a day.
Promoting calm
In cases of severe bruises, shock, or traumatic incidents, you can help the injured person while they wait for assistance or while waiting for the ambulance (after completing any necessary first aid measures) by giving them Reiki to calm them and boost their vital defenses.
You can do this without making unnecessary fuss (such as removing your shoes or performing heart balancing), simply by placing one or both hands on the person (for example, on their shoulders if possible) and speaking to them in a calm and reassuring tone.»
