MANIFESTING INTENTION
WITH DAI KO MYO

MAKING A WISH/GOAL COME TRUE WITH DAI KO MYO

 

 

 

«Meditative Manifestation Exercise with Dai Ko Myo (Duration: 10-15 minutes)

Preparation: Wash your hands and remove your watch, rings, bracelets, or anything else that could be distracting. Sit in an upright position (either on a chair or on the floor), ensuring you are comfortable so you are not distracted by your own body. Focus on your heart.

Step 1: Express your intention (either aloud or mentally) to receive the power of Reiki light through Dai Ko Myo, and state your pure wish/intention. The "pure wish/intention" refers to a purpose that does not harm other beings. Create within yourself a state of calm, relaxation, humility, trust, and readiness. Close your eyes.

 

 

Step 2: Position your hands at the level of the 4th/5th chakra, about 20 cm apart and equally distant from your body. Visualize (and energetically feel) a golden sphere of Reiki energy between your hands (sphere of positive power). Draw or visualize a radiant Dai Ko Myo within this sphere.

Step 3: Visualize your wish/intention coming to fruition. Create a short mental movie of the realization of your intention. Use your psychic sensitivity (6th chakra or third eye) for this visualization.

Step 4: Place your intention within the Reiki power sphere. Allow it to merge completely with the energy. Then, bring your hands in front of your 6th chakra and imprint the energy sphere into yourself. Visualize the sphere, along with your wish, entering through your 6th chakra and gradually moving to heart level (4th chakra). Repeat the name Dai Ko Myo as a mantra for one minute.

 

 

Step 5: From your heart, the Reiki energy sphere with your manifesting intention grows until it envelops your entire body. Your whole being takes on your pure and resolute intention!

Step 6: Visualize how the powerful energy of realization continues to grow and spread throughout the environment around you (like a powerful flash of light spreading through the entire universe). Your pure intention is propelled and realized by the power of the Reiki heart.

"Ask, and it will be given to you!" Remember that you can ask the universe for anything your pure heart feels. Thank the universe (the infinite consciousness) for the opportunities and love it provides.»
