REIKI DISTANCE HEALING
WITH DAI KO MYO
«Treatment with Dai Ko Myo can be performed at two levels of intensity. Imagine a scale from 0 to 10. The basic version of this treatment reaches level 5 and is intended for people you do not know well or with whom you have little familiarity (and therefore lack a genuinely strong heart motivation). The advanced version is for treating those with whom you share a deep level of familiarity or affection and towards whom your heart's motivation is truly deep and intense.
Distant Treatment with Dai Ko Myo - Basic Version
Preparation: Visualize the person you wish to treat, or if you do not know them well enough, hold a photo of them in front of you. Without using the usual Second Degree contact procedures, focus your relaxed attention on the person, allowing yourself to flow into a state of emptiness, consciously letting go, almost as if you were falling asleep.
Symbol Visualization: Draw Dai Ko Myo on the image of the person, imagining the light of the symbol becoming one with them. Picture yourself painting with a large brush of light. Once the symbol is drawn, the person transforms into a sphere of pure light, in which you perceive the contours and vibration of Dai Ko Myo.
Self Visualization: Then, draw Dai Ko Myo on yourself, imagining the light of the symbol becoming one with you. You, too, become a large sphere of light, vibrating with the energy of Dai Ko Myo.
Union: Now, visualize these two spheres of light—the person/Dai Ko Myo and you/Dai Ko Myo—coming together until they merge into a single, magnificent sphere of light. Perceive this new form (the "form" of you and the other) as a radiant sun that warms and heals everything. Remain in this luminous silence for as long as you can without distraction.
This treatment becomes an extraordinary meditation on connecting with others and the energy. It represents a profound heart opening.
Similarly, it is possible to contact and treat beings from the animal, plant, mineral, and spirit realms.
Intensive and Deep Treatment with Dai Ko Myo
Preparation: Dai Ko Myo at this level is a true energetic bilocation. It is possible to be very close to someone you love, to become one with another person. This requires great purity of intention, utmost respect, and extreme sensitivity. Place your hands on your heart for a few moments.
Expanding the Basic Treatment: Follow the same steps as in the basic treatment, but prepare for an even deeper heart connection, intensity, and energetic intimacy. When you have achieved the merging of the two beings of light, imagine that you and the other person share everything: energy, physical body, breath, heartbeat, etc.
Sharing the Energy: Do this with the gentleness of a leaf falling from a tree, gently swayed by the wind. Let your heart vibrate with love.
Feeling Unity: Now feel that you are the other, perceive the physical characteristics of the other around you, feel that their breath is your breath. Their heart is your heart. Their physical features are your physical features. You are truly in the skin of the other, who at this moment is one with you.
Manifesting Light: Savor this soul intimacy and let all the light you can manifest and channel spring from your/your heart. Feel the enveloping healing light of the unity between you and the other. All this in silence.
Separation: After a few minutes, as you visualize yourselves parting, gently return to your individuality. Say: "I am I, and you are you! It was very beautiful to meet and stay in communion; now I return to myself, and you return to yourself. Thank you!"»
This technique becomes an even more extraordinary experience when performed simultaneously by two people (both attuned to Dai Ko Myo) while embracing each other while seated.»
