CLEANING THE REIKI CHANNELS WITH DAI KO MYO

 

 

 

Meditative Cleansing Exercise

 

«Dai Ko Myo is purification. Use this symbol whenever you wish to cleanse your Reiki channels.

 

 

Sit comfortably with your spine straight and focus on your breathing.

Through your psychic sensitivity (6th chakra), visualize Dai Ko Myo as a radiant, purifying light entering through your crown chakra (7th chakra) and quickly flowing down along the spine to the 2nd chakra, touching all other chakras along the way.

 

 

Visualize Dai Ko Myo rapidly circling around the 2nd chakra before ascending back up, passing through the chakras again until it reaches the 5th chakra, where it splits into two streams that flow to the palms of your hands.

Allow the energy to follow this path repeatedly in quick succession (like short bursts of light).

Next, visualize Dai Ko Myo entering through the soles of your feet and simultaneously ascending through both legs to the 2nd chakra, where it circles before exiting again through the soles. Repeat this process several times in rapid sequence.

With practice, you can visualize both processes simultaneously, allowing you to quickly cleanse both Reiki channels.
