The Positive Verbalization with the Second Reiki Degree
Creative and Strategic Verbalization with the Second Reiki Degree
«Surrendering does not mean giving up, becoming passive, no longer believing in an idea, or being defeated. Surrendering is not a weakness, but rather true spiritual strength, fluidity, inner freedom. By working on yourself, you get to know yourself, and by knowing yourself, you can accept yourself, and by accepting yourself, you can embrace calm and inner peace. Finally, you can surrender to what is.»
(Dario Canil, Avrah Ka Dabra - creo quel che dico)
THE POSITIVE VERBALIZATION WITH THE SECOND REIKI DEGREE
«The term 'positive, creative, and strategic verbalization' refers in Reiki practice to the conscious use of the creative power of thought. The devastating effects of continuous and repeated negative self-suggestions, such as 'I’m always the same!' 'I never understand anything!' 'I will never achieve anything!' have been known in psychology for decades.
Now that you’ve read these unfortunate formulas, I recommend that you mentally erase them. Such formulations are repeated without awareness of the damage they cause. These are 'negative' thought forms, often originating from others during childhood ('You’re worthless!!!') and then internalized, nurtured, and developed by us as we grow up.
Each of us has unknowingly given power to many negative thought forms, unaware that every thought form (or elemental) is a real energetic reality. Therefore, it becomes important to 'restructure' our language (even at the thought level) when we recognize this insidious and hostile presence.
Similarly, as a Reiki channel, it is important that your intention to bring love, awareness, and healing is expressed in a positive formulation. At levels of existence that are difficult for ordinary consciousness to access, thought, like visualization, has a real structural ability.
It creates realities on other planes of existence just as real as those recognized in our ordinary level of perception. Shamans would say that these are simply different kinds of dreams. Such knowledge should be used to avoid unintentionally harming ourselves, not harming others, and to create effective healing strategies. For a targeted deepening of these topics, see my book "Avrah Ka Dabra - creo quel che dico."
During self-treatments or treatments of others, it is helpful to speak positive phrases with conviction, addressing both general and specific aspects. For example:
'The universal love energy of Reiki flows into me to bring peace and harmony, healing and health';
'I give more and more space to the love that is within me, open myself to feeling and energy, say yes to all my feelings, accept myself with trust';
'The energy flows directly into my right ankle, the tissues reduce swelling, the pain dissolves. My ankle heals in the shortest time and in the best possible way';
'The Reiki energy quickly accelerates the healing of the wound on my leg. My leg gets better and better.'
It is always and in every case advisable to use a positive form of speech. If a positive intention is expressed through a negation, such as: 'I ask the universe that your teeth no longer hurt,' you run the risk that this phrase turns into the message:
'I ask the universe that your teeth hurt more,' since negations make no sense in the primary (primitive) language of the unconscious. It would be better to say: 'I ask the universe that your teeth are healthy,' or: 'That your toothache quickly subsides.'
