Treating Multiple People Simultaneously:
The Heart Place Meditation

 

«First, center yourself in the heart. Ensure you won't be disturbed, and make yourself comfortable. Close your eyes and visualize entering your heart as if it were a landscape, a wonderful fairytale landscape full of lights and colors. Let your creativity flow freely. This landscape and place are an expression of you; they are you. In it, you find warmth, tranquility, serenity, security, and answers...

Now reach the highest part of your heart place, the top of the hill from which you can see the entire landscape. Sit down; you are at the center of your heart, and the heart is your center. Receive the light that enters you from the top of your head and fills you with love, strength, compassion, peace, and sobriety. Turn to your power place of love whenever your balance is disturbed, whenever you need advice, help, or clarity. Enter your heart and decide what to say, what to do, only from there.

In your heart place, build a beautiful building full of lights and colored walls. The building has only one room. Draw the Second Degree symbols on each wall and then on the ceiling and floor, and if you are attuned to the Third Degree, place the symbol of the Great Light (Dai Ko Myo) in the center of the room so that it continuously radiates Universal Energy on the guests who will be treated there.

Whenever you are asked or feel the need to treat someone, give them a preliminary treatment using the methods learned in the Second Degree and then invite them to enter your Reiki Clinic. Keep a record of your guests by writing their names on a sheet of paper. Each day, take a few minutes to enter your heart and your Reiki Clinic, purify the environment, and fill it with energy by tracing the symbols as you did the first time.

Now place the entire building in a sphere of light and radiate it by holding it in your hands for a few minutes. If you feel that someone needs special help or if they inform you of this, treat them individually as well.

 

 

 

Treating Multiple People Simultaneously: The Reiki Grid

 

This is an energetic catalyst. There are various ways to create it, and you can express great creativity. Necessary materials: a 20-50 cm disc of copper, glass, or ceramic; or an inverted plate; a wicker basket or another container of slightly smaller diameter; 7 to 21 clear quartz crystals (rock crystal) of similar size, preferably raw and double-terminated; a crystal pyramid (preferably also clear quartz); a bit of beeswax.

Construction: Purify the crystals by leaving them overnight in Atlantic gray salt, then rinse them well with tap water and dry them. Imprint each crystal with the Reiki symbols, asking each one to assist you in your intent to heal others. Fix the pyramid in the center of the disc with a bit of beeswax and arrange the double-terminated crystals in a radial pattern around the disc, fixing them in the same way.

Place the completed disc on the collection basket and keep this "grid" in a place where it won't be touched by others, not even animals, to avoid energetic interference.

Usage: When you wish to help a person, an animal, a plant, a situation, a place, or something else, first perform a distant treatment. Place a "witness" in the collection basket: a note with the name, surname, and as many precise details as possible, or even better, a photograph with the details written on the back, an object, or something else.

You can also place notes in the basket with Reiki symbols drawn on them in color. You can also include notes expressing your pure and respectful intentions and desires, your requests to the universe.

Each day, if possible, dedicate a few minutes to blessing and "energizing" your grid by simply placing your hands on it and pouring all your loving intentions into it. Remember to recharge your grid at least once a week, but it is clear that it is more effective if you dedicate a few minutes to it every day. If you are traveling and therefore away from the grid, connect with it to recharge it using the Second Degree distant treatment method.»
